Pricing and Payment
$100 for consultations.
Monthly consults to refill weight loss medications are $75.
Payments via credit/debit card, Apple/Google pay, Zelle, and PayPal are accepted.
Insurance is not accepted at this time.

Hi there! I’m Amy, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, including more than a decade as a dedicated Nurse Practitioner. My journey in healthcare began at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan, where I cultivated a deep passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving patients in rural, suburban, and urban settings, gaining valuable insights into diverse healthcare needs. This broad experience allows me to connect with patients from all walks of life and tailor care to meet individual needs.
